The platform collects user information only for the following legal purposes and will not use it beyond the necessary scope:

  1. Provide and Maintain Services: Verify user identity and open account permissions based on registration information; realize intelligent language conversion and intelligent reply functions based on chat data; complete order processing and invoice issuance based on payment information to ensure normal service delivery.

  2. Optimize Services and User Experience: Analyze device and operation information to improve platform compatibility and response speed; based on desensitized chat data and intelligent reply records, iterate algorithm models to improve language conversion accuracy and reply matching; recommend adapted subscription packages or functions based on user usage habits (such as commonly used language types, service usage periods).

  3. Ensure Account and Data Security: Identify abnormal login behavior (such as off-site login, unfamiliar device login) through IP address and login device information, trigger security verification (such as verification code), prevent account theft, data leakage and other risks; monitor illegal use behavior (such as spreading illegal information, abusing intelligent reply functions) to ensure platform service compliance.

  4. Communication and Notification: Send service notifications (such as subscription expiration reminders, service update notifications) and account security tips (such as password modification success, abnormal login reminders) to users through registered mobile phone number/email; after users submit consultations, feed back processing results through reserved contact information.

  5. Compliance and Dispute Resolution: Provide necessary user information when required by laws and regulations or investigated by administrative and judicial departments (must comply with legal procedures); used to handle service disputes between users and the platform or between users and third parties, and retain relevant records as evidence.

The platform will not use user information for scenarios unrelated to the above purposes. If the scope of information use needs to be expanded, users will be notified in advance through website announcements, user registration email and other channels, and will only be used after obtaining users' explicit consent.

Violators will bear legal responsibility.

  3. Emergency Response: In the event of data leakage, loss and other security incidents, the platform will immediately activate emergency plans, take remedial measures (such as blocking attacks, restoring data), and notify users through registered email and account internal messages within 72 hours after the incident, and report to relevant regulatory departments as required by laws and regulations.

The platform strictly limits the sharing and disclosure of user information. Except for the following circumstances, user information will not be shared with any third party (except platform affiliated companies, affiliated companies must comply with this Privacy Policy):

Obtain User's Explicit Consent: If users authorize the platform to share enterprise information with cooperating third-party service providers (such as providing value-added logistics information docking services for enterprise users), the platform will share according to the agreement after user confirmation, and require third-party service providers to comply with data protection obligations.

  2. Third-Party Service Necessary Support: To realize functions such as payment, SMS verification, and invoice issuance, the platform needs to share necessary information (such as payment amount, mobile phone number, invoicing information) with third-party partner institutions (such as payment channels, SMS service providers, tax agency platforms); such institutions can only use information within the scope of providing services to the platform and cannot be used for other purposes. The platform will sign data security agreements with third parties and supervise their compliant use.

  3. Laws and Regulations and Compliance Requirements: When the platform receives legal notices from administrative agencies and judicial departments (such as subpoenas, investigation orders), or to comply with laws and regulations such as the "Data Security Law" and "Personal Information Protection Law", and to maintain public interests, it will disclose user information as required, but will filter irrelevant information to maximize protection of user privacy.

  4. Enterprise Merger and Reorganization: If the platform undergoes major changes such as merger, division, acquisition, asset transfer, etc., user information may be transferred as part of the assets. The platform will notify users through website announcements and user email before the change, and the subject after the change will continue to fulfill the information protection obligations stipulated in this Privacy Policy.

Inquiry and Access Rights: After logging in to Aibabels accounts, users can view personal/enterprise registration information in "Account Settings", payment information in "Order Management", and chat data and intelligent reply records in "Service Records"; if more detailed information copies are needed, applications can be submitted through the official email [email protected], and the platform will provide them within 10 working days.

  2. Correction and Supplementation Rights: If users find errors or omissions in registration information (such as mobile phone number, enterprise address) or invoicing information, they can directly modify it in "Account Settings" or contact customer service for assistance in correction; the platform will update the information within 2 working days after review and confirmation.

  3. Deletion Rights: When the following conditions are met, users can apply to delete some or all information:

    • After account cancellation, all information except that required by laws and regulations can be deleted;
    • After service termination, non-desensitized chat records can be deleted (anonymized data after desensitization will continue to be used for algorithm optimization and will not be associated with user identity);

    Users can submit deletion applications through "Account Settings - Cancel Account" or official email. The platform will complete processing within 15 working days after the review is approved and feed back the results.

  4. Withdrawal of Consent Rights: Users can withdraw their consent to information collection or use (such as no longer receiving service marketing notifications). Specific operations include: turning off marketing SMS/email push in "Account Settings - Notification Management", canceling third-party account authorization login; after withdrawal of consent, the platform will no longer collect or use information based on that authorization, but it may affect the normal use of some service functions (such as after turning off SMS notifications, login verification codes cannot be received).

  5. Objection and Complaint Rights: If users have objections to the platform's information processing behavior (such as believing that information is being used incorrectly), or discover information leakage and other security issues, they can submit complaints through the official email [email protected]. The platform will accept and feed back processing progress within 5 working days, and give final processing results within 15 working days.

7. Protection of Minors' Information

Platform services are mainly for enterprises and adult individual users engaged in international trade, and do not actively provide services to minors. If minors use platform services without the consent of their guardians, guardians can contact the platform through the official email and provide relevant supporting materials (such as minor's identity certificate, guardian's identity certificate). The platform will immediately terminate the service and delete the relevant information of the minor.

8. Policy Updates and Notifications

The platform has the right to revise this Privacy Policy based on updates to laws and regulations, service function upgrades, changes in data processing needs, etc. The revised policy will notify users in the following ways:

  1. Publish policy update announcements at prominent positions on the Aibabels website homepage, publicizing the revised content and effective time;

The revised Privacy Policy will take effect from the date of publicity or user confirmation. Users' continued use of platform services is deemed to agree to the revised policy; if users do not agree with the revised content, they can stop using the service and apply to cancel their account.

This Privacy Policy is an important part of Aibabels' Terms of Service and has the same legal effect as the Terms of Service; in case of conflict between the two, this Privacy Policy shall prevail. If users and the platform have disputes about information protection, they should be resolved through friendly negotiation first; if negotiation fails, they can be submitted to the people's court with jurisdiction where the platform is located for litigation resolution.
